Then join our international Global HR Analytics Team in Salzburg, Austria and lead HR analytics projects to give wiiings to HR and business stakeholders. As the Global HR Analytics Project Manager, you’ll work closely with other team members on projects to build new solutions, dashboards, and insight presentations plus you’ll also take a key role in our Global Workforce & Cost planning process.

**MANAGE HR ANALYTICS PROJECTS END-TO-END**:
The main part of your role will be to manage HR analytics projects end-to-end with different HR Centres Of Excellence, e.g., Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits and business stakeholders e.g., Finance or Sales.

**DRIVE THE WORKFORCE & COST PLANNING PROCESS**:
You’ll drive the Workforce & Cost Planning Process with Finance stakeholders and the regional HR from North America, Europe, LATAM, Middle East and APAC regions.

**CREATE VALUE BY IDENTIFYING NEW (HR) ANALYTICS OPPORTUNITIES**:
In this role you’ll have the chance to develop dashboards, tools, and presentations to enable (HR) teams to make better data-driven decisions and create impact.

**OWN THE INTERNAL DATA LANDSCAPE & STAY ON TOP OF TRENDS**:
You’ll stay on top of external trends to improve our approach to analysis and reporting which will have the potential to lead to new projects. As an owner of the internal data landscape and processes, you will be responsible for educating the stakeholders on all data topics.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Meaningful work experience in consulting and/or project management and the delivery of end-to-end projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in working with people data/financial data to generate valuable insights
- Strong analytical ability combined with a high level of accuracy in work, structured approach and process driven
- Experience with Analytics, Data Blending and Visualization tools such as Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Alteryx
- Ideally, experience with Workforce & Cost Planning, Controlling and tools such as Anaplan or SAP
- Team player mentality, ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
