Product Manager

The main objective of this role is to own specific workflows, projects, or components inside a product area and to ensure value is generated from them in a discovery and delivery process. Discovery: find the most important problems to solve and suggest solutions for them. Delivery: manage the development, roll it to users, measure the value, and optimise it. While having specific ownerships, the area product managers also work together help the product area reach its combined area goals.
**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work as part of the product area team, while representing Emarsys company values.
- Owning the Inbound part of the GTM: project manages the development, meeting cycle milestones and timelines.
- Supporting the outbound part of the GTM: working with product marketing to create the client or market facing GTM deliverables.
- Ownership of the product development OKRs for his projects.
- Be part of the area board, take part of the area PM activities as defined by the Product Area Director.
- Understanding the user needs from the products in the area to the most extreme detail (use cases, adoption, value).
- Points of escalation for advanced support / product questions.
- Supports developers, UX and data scientists in the area with business requirements.
- Running the product pilot programs and maintaining strong relationship with these clients.
- Ownership of product documentation, onboarding process and operational knowledge / trainings.
- Measuring and optimizing product adoption and value generation.
- Be responsible for the service quality of this product, reviewing support tickets and implementation and keep a close tap on what needs solving.
- Be the escalation point and filter for 3rd level support issues before it gets to development.
- Compile and maintain a prioritised backlog based on: business success, retention, adoption, implementation, bugs of his workflow / component / project.** YOUR PROFILE**
- 2+ years experience in a Product Management role (online marketing, SaaS is an advantage).
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates a positive, collaborative and proactive approach to working in a team.
- Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills.
- Capable of working independently across cultures in a clear and structured manner.
- Good English language skills.
