**General Coordination Manager (f/m/x) - Stepic CEE Charity**:

- We are looking for someone passionate about helping and making the world a better place with a high level of self-motivation and initiative, to support us with the operations and daily business of the Stepic CEE Charity.
- The Stepic CEE Charity - powered by Raiffeisen Bank International - promotes and supports disadvantaged children and women in all countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in which RBI operates. The Stepic CEE Charity is an essential part of our CSR strategy, which also includes a unique corporate volunteering program in Vienna and throughout our network.#full-time

**Your role at RBI**:

- Being an integral part of our CEE Charity cross-functional and multicultural team, supporting in various aspects of our work
- Working closely with various stakeholders within RBI Group, e.g. Group Marketing and Group Communications, the management and the volunteers
- Driving the story of CEE Charity with your organizational passion, skills and
know-how
- Coordinating management meetings, daily business and support the teams in administrative matters
- Acting as primary contact person for office management
- Improving process optimization in area of responsibility and dedicated initiatives with your digital expertise and your interest in digital solution

- Proactive team player enjoying working together with internal as well as external stakeholders, but also working independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Curiosity and will to expand your understanding for RBI´s charitable association
- Fluent in English and German
- Very good MS Office skills
