**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You will coordinate the OMV Group market outlook until 2050 based on the experts’ inputs in close alignment with all relevant internal stakeholders
- You will define a strategic mid-to long-term product & service portfolio strategy for Marketing & Trading (incl. scope 3 strategy) in order to address future customer demand as well as to comply with future regulations
- You will translate legislative drivers and customer demand in future offering and draft business plans and implementation roadmaps
- You will constantly review Marketing &Trading product and service portfolio with all stakeholders, review b2b and end consumer offering, adjust roadmaps with the aim to accelerate target fulfilment based on changes in Group Strategy, scope 3 emissions targets, legislation (push), customer demand (pull), competitor offerings and financial targets
- You will develop and coordinate changes of mid
- and long-term product & service portfolio with all stakeholders, derive new product and service ideas, prepare feasibility studies, roadmaps and business plans for products and services added to and phasing out of the portfolio
- You will drive the increasing share of sustainable products / services in the portfolio in line with strategic targets and act as incubator for new Marketing & Trading offering opportunities (e.g. in the area of H2 Mobility)
- You will originate and manage new customer-oriented partnerships /co-operations for new products and services and represent OMV in respective committees as well as in selected product initiatives (e.g. H2 Mobility) to promote and lobby for new products & service offering
- You will lead, motivate and develop indirect reports within the area of responsibility and continue to build organizational skills (of the next generation) through recruiting, coaching and developing people
- You will enable and manage performance and accountability, act as a role model with regards to OMV’s vision, strategy and values and identify, recruit and develop top talent, manage skill pool and ensure adequate knowledge transfer

**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree Master/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Bringing a strong perspective of the entire Downstream value chain spanning all relevant commercial, financial, and technical topics including in-depth understanding of key value drivers in the industry, is of advantage
- You have outstanding conceptual thinking skills and the ability to analyses and develop solutions for complex problems
- Experience with H2 Mobility is a plus
- You have an entrepreneurial leadership and strategic mindset, good communication and motivation skills, commercial acumen, strong analytical and tactical understanding, and the ability to innovate and execute
- You have the ability to interact and to maximize profits, lead change and manage performance, anticipate and react quickly to changing complex market dynamics and have excellent negotiation skills
- You are customer and partnership oriented and have the capability to lead change and manage performance
- You are fluent in English and have a high level of mobility
