**General Information**:

- Country/Region- Austria- Province/City- Salzburg- Location- Rosewood Schloss Fuschl- Department- Engineering- Job Type- Full-time Permanent- We are looking for a motivated and energetic Director of Engineering to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.**Job Summary**:
- Responsibility for the internal technical team and close cooperation with external partners
- Responsibility for maintenance and servicing work
- Coordination of defect detection, notification and rectification
- Responsibility for compliance with all internal and external laws and standards
- Co-operation with the safety specialist
- Joint planning of conversion work and its implementation
- Process and cost optimisation in the areas of energy, maintenance and servicing
- Preparation of forecasts and maintenance and investment budgets
- Requesting quotations and ordering spare parts, new purchases and replacement equipment
- Supporting our guests with minor technical problems

**Required Skills**:
- Completed training in the commercial technical field
- Professional experience in a similar position in the technical field in the hotel industry is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking with organisational skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
