Stellenbeschreibung
- Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Systementwicklungen bei internen und externen Projekten
- Systementwicklung für Funktionsdarstellung auf Fahrzeugebene (Allrad-Antriebssysteme, traktionsrelevante Antriebssysteme, ) bzw. Funktionen im Bereich aktueller Megatrends (Elektrifizierung, Automatisierung, Digitalisierung)
- Entwicklung Systemarchitekturen auf Gesamtfahrzeugebene
- Begleitung aller Projektphasen vom Anforderungsmanagement, Systemspezifikation und Systemintegration bis zum Proof of Concept (Beschaffung, Systemaufbau & Testplan)
- UseCase Generation & Bewertung anhand von definiertem Kriterienkatalog
- Tool
- & Interface Definition auf Systemebene
- Technische Unterstützung bei Monetarisierung von Ideen, Konzepten und Produkten
- Intensive Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten bzw. Dienstleistern und universitären Institutionen
- Durchführen von System
- und Machbarkeitsstudien
- Mitarbeit in Projektteams

Qualifikationen
- Technische Ausbildung an einer TU/FH (DI/Master Maschinenbau, Kraftfahrzeugtechnik oder Mechatronik)
- Sehr gutes Gesamtfahrzeugverständnis
- Grundkenntnisse Projektmanagement
- Hohe Selbständigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Methodenwissen zur Bewältigung der Fachaufgaben
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Professionelles Auftreten beim Kunden und Lieferanten
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das Bruttojahresgehalt für 38,5 Stunden beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 51.800;
- (FH-Master). Eine Überzahlung ist jedoch aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
