Guest Experience and Booking Manager for Vacation

**Arbeitszeit**: Teilzeit (20 Stunden pro Woche)

**Aufgaben**:
Betreuung von Buchungen und Reservierungen für unser Ferienapartmenthaus

Kommunikation mit Kunden und Gästen, um deren Anliegen und Fragen zu beantworten

Abstimmung mit dem Reinigungsteam, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Zimmerreinigung sicherzustellen

Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten Angeboten für potenzielle Gäste

Verwaltung und Organisation von Buchungen in unserem System

Verantwortung für das Buchungs
- und Kalendermanagement, um eine reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen

Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung

**Anforderungen**:
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Erfahrung in der Gästebetreuung oder im Bereich des Tourismus von Vorteil

Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten

Sicherer Umgang mit Buchungssoftware und Microsoft Office-Anwendungen

Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
