**Venture Builder (f/m/x)**:
As a Venture Builder, you will create, validate, and launch new business ideas inside the company. You will identify promising business ideas and work in a team to both design and test those. Suppose desirability, feasibility, and viability are proven. In that case, you will develop and grow the new business ideas either inside a business line or as a new spin-out venture. As a Venture Builder, you will take on an entrepreneurial role, working hands-on to build and scale multiple new business ideas simultaneously.#full-time

**Your role at RBI**:

- Identify, develop, and test business ideas with high growth potential within a pre-defined strategic growth area
- Work in a cross-functional team of professional innovators
- Design and validate new business models by gathering strong evidence via experiments that decrease innovation risk
- Develop business plans, financial models, and go-to-market strategies
- Drive customer acquisition, product development, and/or market expansion
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure growth and expected profitability
- Build strategic partnerships and networks to support the new business success - both inside and outside the company
- Continuously assess market trends and contribute to developing the innovation strategy process

***Your core competencies**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related discipline
- Demonstrated success in validating, building, or scaling new ventures or startups
- Skilled in articulating market value propositions
- Proficient in designing and interpreting innovative experiments
- Strong financial literacy, with experience crafting business plans and models
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with a track record of engaging initial customers
- Independent initiative and a fervent entrepreneurial drive
- Resilience in managing uncertainty and adapting to evolving conditions
- Collaborative spirit enhancing team dynamics
- Fluency in English, German, and/or a CEE language is beneficial
