We are seeking a visionary Lead Venture Architect with an entrepreneurial mindset, passion for innovation, and proactive, results-driven approach. As the driving force behind new venture projects, you'll lead cross-functional teams and corporate partners from ideation to market entry. As one of our leaders, you have the opportunity to significantly influence WhatAVenture's growth and strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Develop innovative business models and strategies, informed by market research and competitive analysis.
- Create first iterations of products, services and initial companies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new ventures, defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders, negotiating partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and scaling efforts for new ventures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and senior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Play a key role in driving WhatAVenture's growth and steering the company's strategic direction.
**What you need to be successful in this role**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in venture development, strategy consulting, and a proven track record of successful ventures or products.
- 4+ years of experience leading a team.
- Proficiency in market analysis, financial modelling, and business planning.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management abilities, and communication skills.

- Fluent in German and English.
