Aufgaben

\_ Aufbau eines Startup von Anfang an, Definition der relevanten Venture-Parameter für Corporate Startups

\_ Projekt-Manager oder Project-Lead Rolle in Company Building Projekten sowie Innovationsprojekten

\_ Eigenständige Ausarbeitung von großen Projektbestandteilen und Präsentation beim Kunden

\_ Laufende Kommunikation mit Kunden und Projektpartnern über Projektstatus und Fortschritt

\_ Konzeption von Kundenpräsentationen und aktive Rolle in Pitches und Workshops

\_ Verantwortung für und eigenständige Ausführung von internen Projekten innerhalb von V_labs

Qualifikation

\_ Abgeschlossenes Master
- oder Diplomstudium im Bereich Innovationsmanagement, Digital Innovation, Digital Business, Online Marketing&Sales, Entrepreneurship, InterMedia, odgl.

\_ Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Innovationsprojekten, im Aufbau eines Startups oder in der Entwicklung von digitalen Produkten oder Services

\_ Profunde Fähigkeiten in Miro/Mural, Excel, PowerPoint und deren Äquivalenten in Google Docs

\_ Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Innovationsmanagement eines etablierten Unternehmens, in einer Digitalagentur, Unternehmensberatung oder in einem Startup

\_ Englisch fließend in Sprache und Schrift

\_ Humor, Teamplayer-Eigenschaften und große Begeisterungsfähigkeit für neue Themen
