**Position: Senior Venture Architect (f/m/d)**
- Are you passionate about innovation and ready to make a real impact? At TheVentury, we seek a Senior Venture Architect to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will help companies explore and seize new business opportunities, co-creating ventures from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in developing products and services that positively affect people's lives.
- As a Senior Venture Architect, you will guide the development and implementation of innovative business models, leading a diverse, cross-functional team towards creating new revenue streams. Your expertise will stabilise the venture's journey, always focusing on delivering measurable outcomes and tangible results.

**What you will do**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take end-to-end responsibility in TheVentury's proven venture-building framework, from problem identification to launch.
- Approach client relationships with a focus on building trust and offering valuable guidance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and take ownership of the venture strategy.
- Embrace continuous learning and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experiences with the team.
- Track and present venture objectives and key results to evaluate outcomes and ensure the venture's success.
- Inspire, consult, and work hands-on with our clients to develop new revenue streams.
- Generate new business opportunities for TheVentury and manage key stakeholders.

**Preferred but not required**
- Contribute as a thought leader by sharing your ideas and insights at our events, conferences, and through our communication channels.

**About you**:

For this specific role, we are searching for an individual with the following profile:

- You are collaborative, innovative, and empathetic. Your entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation, as well as your ability to recognize patterns and solve problems, set you apart.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in innovation management, entrepreneurship, or similar fields.
- You bring 7-10+ years of experience in venture creation, startup founding, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
- Full-time availability and fluency in English and German are essential, as is a willingness to travel.
- Experience with prototyping in No/Low code software development is a plus.
- You have a proven ability to generate new business opportunities in a service-oriented environment and excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

- We are required by law to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is **€51,000 per year** (paid over 14 salaries) for this position.
