At Red Bull we use displays and large LED installations to create staggering content experiences and consumer interactions. In our team, you support our gastronomy, retail, and event teams, as well as Alpha Tauri and other special projects, to win digitally on the point of sale. In your role you will guarantee the products (both software and hardware) are being tested to fulfil all requirements and assist users as product expect in technical support. You work in close collaboration with the product and development teams to shape a perfect product, fulfil user requirements push user experience across boundaries to the next level.

**QUALITY ASSURANCE PLANNING**

In the process of continuous feature enhancement and product development you are responsible to turn requirements and development tickets into guided test plans, scope the QA efforts and report testing progress/results to product management & development.

**QA EXECUTION**

To secure the long-term success of the project, the offered products need to be best in class. You will test new updates and functionalities, make sure all acceptance criteria are fulfilled and greenlight releases.

**TECHNICAL SUPPORT & KEY USER**

**SUPPORT EVENT EXECUTION**

As the Digital Signage solution is often used at events, you will also guide and manage the technical execution of event set-ups and create the most impressive experiences possible.

**Qualifications**:
2 years relevant experience in Quality Insurance, IT support, a technical-related role or equivalent university degree with first work experience

Experience in product testing / software QA

Ability to multitask, think critically and work effectively under daily time constraints in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders Team-oriented and result-focused

Basic programming & scripting beneficial

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
