What You'll Do:

- Responsible for meeting DACH revenue and KPI targets for new and existing business across all N-Able solutions.
- Have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong knowledge of platform, backup and disaster recovery and cybersecurity portfolio of N-Able and in the MSP market.
- Continuously hire, ramp up and develop a high performing team able to deliver on all business and KPI expectations whilst meeting the highest partner satisfaction level
- Benefit from the chance of regular travel, primarily within DACH region.

What You'll Bring:

- Must be a highly confident communicator, both face-to-face and by phone, and have the social skills needed to quickly form and maintain close working relationships.
- Strong presentational skills required, including in front of both internal and external audiences of 50+
- Fluent German and English required
- Experience of business-to-business sales is required
- Fluent German and English required
