Team Lead Systems Testing

**Your Tasks**:

- Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of talented system test engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to define system requirements and integrate effective testing strategies.
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring our products meet all requirements, quality, and industry standards
- Establish and maintain efficient test engineering processes aligned with current regulatory guidance and industry norms
- Manage the creation and maintenance of automated test environments, analyze test results, and report findings to drive enhancements
- Efficiently manage testing schedules and resources, ensuring project milestones are met

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Expertise with network technologies (e.g., Ethernet, ARINC-664, TSN) and the aerospace market is a plus
- Knowledge of ARP-4754, ARP-4761, DO-254 and DO-178C, ECSS, QML is beneficial
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills paired with a passionate and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent command of English language, German skills are beneficial
