**Sustainable recycling system for polymers** | School of Engineering | Wels

**YOUR TASKS**
- Research and development in the field "modeling extrusion-based processes for mechanical recycling of mixed polymer systems".
- Physically based model development for the description of the processes in the functional extruder zones for mixed polymers regarding to the recycling process
- Determination of processing-relevant material properties for mixed polymer systems
- Giving presentations at national and international scientific conferences
- Writing of scientific publications and project reports as well as participation in the writing of scientific project proposals
- Maintaining contacts with scientific partners and companies

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Diploma - or Master's degree (in the context of technology, preferably materials science and manufacturing technology, polymer engineering and science, mechanical engineering or physics)
- High interest in new solutions in the field of sustainability
- Very good English and MS Office skills
- Ability to work in a team and high level of initiative
- Communication skills
- Spirit of innovation
- Independent way of working
- The preparation of a dissertation is desired and supported
