**Project Manager Services (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Eingebettet in die Business Unit Customer Services, sind Sie Teil unseres globalen Resident Maintenance (RM) Teams welches für die Gesamtabwicklung der RM Anlagen, von der Konzeptausarbeitung bis hin zur Umsetzung, verantwortlich ist.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört:

- Verantwortung für den Aufbau des gesamten Instandhaltungs - und Reportingsystems bei Kundenanlagen inkl. Ramp-Up
- Auditieren der Resident Maintenance - Standorte
- Definition und Ausrollen der erforderlichen lokalen Prozesse
- Umsetzung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Optimierungspotential auf globaler Ebene hinsichtlich Prozesse und Strategie
- Koordination aller für das Ramp-Up erforderlichen Maßnahmen (Trainings, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Equipment, Instandhaltungsplanung und -strategie, )
- Unterstützung der Globalen RM Leitung hinsichtlich Standardisierung
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im SSI Umfeld in Hinblick auf RM Verträge
- Unterstützung neuer RM Engineering Managers in der Einarbeitung und Umsetzung der SSI Schäfer Maintenance Philosophy

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene höhere, technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU, oä.)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagementkenntnisse
- Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Instandhaltung von Vorteil
- Freude an Innovation, Detailgenauigkeit
- Zielorientierte Handlungsweise, hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- wie auch Englischkenntnisse

**Mindestgehalt Brutto von EUR ab € 3.200,00/Monat**
