Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our
international company at one of our production sites in Poland. As an
Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and
managing electrical projects related to our investment initiatives. Your
expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of
electrical systems and infrastructure for our production facility. This
is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant investment
project and work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Tasks

**1. Project Planning**: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and timelines for electrical infrastructure and system implementation.

**2. Budget Management**: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

**3. Team Coordination**: Lead a cross-functional team of electrical engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

**4. Risk Assessment**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or disruptions.

**5. Technical Expertise**: Provide technical guidance and support to the team regarding electrical systems, equipment, codes, and standards.

**6. Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant local and international electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

**7. Procurement**: Collaborate with the procurement team to source and select electrical equipment, materials, and services required for the project.

**8. Quality Assurance**: Establish and implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical installations and systems.

**9. Progress Monitoring**: Regularly monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.

**10. Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive project status reports, including key milestones, challenges, and achievements, for management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.

**2. Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing electrical projects, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

**3. Project Management Skills**: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering electrical projects on time and within budget.

**4. Technical Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installations, as well as relevant codes and standards.

**5. Leadership Abilities**: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.

**6. Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.

**7. Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Polish or other languages would be an advantage.

**8. Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

**9. Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, adapting to new technologies, processes, and challenges.

**10. International Experience**: Prior experience working in an international context or with diverse teams would be beneficial.
