**Who you are**

A project management expert with:

- A **university degree **(MSc.) in **Electrical Engineering **, **Microelectronics **or related studies combined with a **solid **technical understanding**:

- At least **6 years **of **relevant work experience **in the field of **semiconductor products **and thereof **4 years of leading projects **and **project teams **; **line management experience **is an asset
- **In-depth project management knowledge **in the arena of **analog **/ **mixed-signal IC **product developments **in terms of **project initiation **, **planning **and **closing **including **reporting **and **documentation**:

- Knowledge of **frontend technologies **, **backend processes **, **ISO26262 **and **agile **methods **are a plus
- Experience as a project manager with **managing complex **and **crisis situations **, **consolidation of conflicts **and **presentation **to **senior management **as well as **direct communication **to **challenging customers**:

- A **project management certification **(ideally IPMA Level C)
- **Fluent English skills **. German language skills are beneficial
