You are working closely together with the Project Manager, the Project Team and the Line Management along the whole project life-cycle. You take care of a variety of tasks in the area of **project assistance, project controlling **and **project administration**:
**Project Assistance**:

- **Update **and **maintenance **of **project plans **upon advice of the PJM
- **Task planning **and **tracking**:

- **Requirement management**:

- **Configuration management**:

- **Administration **of **internal **and **external meetings**:

- Dedicated **work packages **(e.g. presentations, evaluations, reports) upon advice of the PJM

**Project Controlling**:

- **Controlling **, **analysis **and **preparation **of **project cost data**:

- **Preparation **of **data report**

**Project Administration**:

- **Support **for **resource **and **cost planning**:

- **Data management **in project management tools
- **Information management **(e.g. Confluence)

**Further Information**
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time: 15-25 hours per week (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 9 months

**Your toolkit for success includes**:

- Student at university or university of applied sciences in one of the fields:

- **Technical studies **(e.g. electric engineering, telematics, informatics, automation, digitalization)
- **Economic studie **s (e.g. business administration, industrial management)
