**Job Description**:

- Proactive support in the preparation of project kick-off Meetings, Project Workshops
Evaluation and reporting: Proactive support by the project status analysis, project progress, target/actual comparison, milestone trend analysis
- Make sure that the implementation of PM methods/processes (risk management, claim/change management, issues management) are properly conducted
- Acting as PM deputy where necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of project management tools
- Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment
- Engineering or technical degree will be an advantage
- Previous experience in cooperating with project managers for the delivery of projects
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary groups will be an advantage
- Knowledge about product development process (PDP) will be an advantage
- Experience in MS Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Dilligence with attention to detail
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Strong cultural awareness

Additional Information
The gross salary is € 2.760- per month (14 x p.a.). Depending on your education and experience an overpayment is possible.
