Commercial Process Coordinator

**Your duties & responsibilities**:
The Commercial Process Coordinator is a competent partner for external and internal customers, who can be reached at any point in time, understands their needs and supports in providing solutions to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. Further daily duties and responsibilities of the Commercial Process Coordinator are:
**Process Management**:

- Development and implementation of Processed Meat& Beverages-relevant processes in coordination with the local departments
- Recipe optimization in coordination with product management
- Semi-finished optimization and standardization
- Coordination of customer requirements with capacities (customer service/operations) for existing and new customers
- Responsible for sales planning in the sense of recipes, lots and similar manufacturing costs of relevant parameters
- Cross-site support of sales/operations processes Processed Meat&Beverages

**Customer Service**:

- Coordination of the Customer Service Processed Meat& Beverages regarding order processing processes and their optimization
- Costing and pricing supporting Customer Service Team under alignment with Account Management and Commercial Management
- Control of the flow processes from order receipt to delivery
- Optimization of order processing, cross-customer and cross-plant
- Delivery date optimization in coordination with customer service and order planning
- Monitoring of the quantity and deadline fulfillment of the customer service including new customer management
- Validation of the monthly expectation of the customer service (reservation and coverage range)
- Working capital (Inventory, Account receivables) management
- Masterdata Management (MDM)

**Interface Management**:

- Project support and control of the timeline of projects with Account Management/Product Management/Commercial Management including support of the processes for the implementation of the growth potential also in the field of film flexibles as well as their follow-up via Opportunity Management/CRM

**Requirements**:

- Technical education background with a focus on logistics management
- Additional commercial education is an advantage
- Strong IT affinity
- Very good spoken and written English and German skills

**Other**:

- Very strong communication skills
- Talent in managing interfaces
- Several years of professional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of processes in the packaging industry
