experience that adds value to the many people and inspires a home furnishing

movement. There for you need to have great knowledge of:

- interior, graphic and shop design and the trends that influence them in the market.
- trends that influence home furnishing, retail design and communication to create a commercial and visually strong product presentation.
- customers' living situations as well as their needs and frustrations in their everyday life at home.
- methods for presenting the range and service range using store media, display techniques and store layout as commercial tools.
- IKEA concept, brand objectives, values, vision and tools, processes.
- IKEA business strategies, priorities and business planning process.
- IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviors.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you are accountable for the layout, range presentation and communication thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at home.
- Lead the planning & execution of country SISAN projects, in collaboration with the commercial and expansion teams.
- Collaborate with the Retail Solution team to raise the IKEA home furnishing expertise to ensure that local solutions contribute to strengthening the IKEA Brand, increasing sales and improving the customer experience.
- Inspire and challenge the Retail Solution team to take actions that exploit commercial opportunities.
- Proactively contribute to the HF&RD plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals while supporting global initiatives and business priorities.
- Actively cooperate with key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximise impact.
- Secure that the country Commercial team has the right understanding of the store layout, range presentation and store communication in order to contribute to the development of all customer meeting points.
- Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output in order to contribute to the business goals and conduct Commercial Reviews.
- Contribute with measuring the performance of product presentation and design to maximise efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year.

For this position, we offer a starting salary of EUR 4.100;
- gross per month (all-in). Depending on experience and qualification an overpayment is possible.
