Sachbearbeiter/ Consumer Care & Service (m/w/d)

Vollzeit 38,5 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Schnittstelle zwischen Fachhandel und Kunden
- Ansprechperson rund um Husqvarna Care & Digital -Tool per Telefon und E-Mail
- Fakturierung - Datenverwaltung in MS Dynamics 365

Ihr Profil / unsere Erwartungen:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
- Grundkenntnisse in MS Dynamics 365, MS Office und AS400 von Vorteil
- Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt mindestens € 2.200,-. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung legen wir mit Ihnen gemeinsam fest und ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation bzw. Ihrer Berufserfahrung.
