In the **Group IT - Global User Management Service** department in **Graz**, we are looking for a **Specialist Identity & Access Management **(M/F/d).
The global user management team ensures with Identity & Access Management that all ANDRITZ users have appropriate access to required resources. The Identity & Access Management Specialist will, together with a global team, work to ensure the reliable operations.
**Your Tasks**
- Cyber Security is next to other topics, a high priority and strategic goal for Group IT. In case of a cyber security incident, you will attend the incident response team under the commander in charge within the security and operations group
- You will be part of a global service team and will be a contributor to the service development as well as the ongoing operations
- You will be collaborating closely with your superior, the Service Owner and other stakeholders to ensure the operations meet the expectations
- Your responsibilities will be
- Incident and service request handing for Identity & Access Management related tickets.
- You will work with the team to execute the delivery backlog.
- Ensure stable operations by aligning and working closely together with our service provider
**Your Profile**
- With a customer focus mindset, you really care to solve issues end-to-end
- You want to solve and understand issues to provide a proper service to our end-users
- Subject matter expert in the following fields and/or eager to educate yourself in:
- Understanding of (Azure) Active Directory and connected components.
- Microfocus NetIQ Identity & Access Management and Identity Governance
- Brief understanding of privileged access management
- Software development & scripting
- You love to work within a (virtual) global team
- You are motivated to drive changes and step out of comfort zone
- Agile is not a buzzword to you and you are able to execute sprints within a team
- You know and are able to utilize common ITSM processes (e.g. Incident-, Problem
- and Change Management)
- Fluent English

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.790,58 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
