- Kenntnisse der Corporate Identity von IKEA, der zentralen Werte und die Vision.
- Fähigkeit zum Schreiben, Strukturieren und Redigieren von Publikationen in englischer Sprache für Print
- und digitale Medien.
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Grafikdesgin.
- kreatives Denken, gepaart mit kaufmännischer Kompetenz und einem guten Gespür für Ästhetik.
- Programmkenntnisse (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator und After Effects sowie Adobe Creative Suite), aber auch ein gewisses handwerkliches Geschick.
- Du kannst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend kommunizieren. Ein hohes Maß an Dienstreisen zur Unterstützung bei Neu
- und Umbauten in einem anderen IKEA Einrichtungshaus ist für dich kein Problem.

**Du bist verantwortlich für**

Du liebst es Dinge zu verändern und kreierst ständig neue Ideen? Dann brauchst du einen Job in unserem Kreativteam bei IKEA. Mit deiner Erfahrung im Bereich Grafikdesign und auf Basis des IKEA Konzeptes sowie der visuellen Identität von IKEA erstellst und implementierst du grafische Lösungen, die Klarheit, Konsistenz und Einfachheit ausstrahlen und klare Botschaften vermitteln. Darunter fällt u.a.:

- das Erstellen von visuellen Konzepten zur Vermittlung von Ideen, die die Verbraucher inspirieren, informieren oder fesseln.
- das Verfassen von Inhalten für bewusstseinsbildende Maßnahmen (Blogbeiträge, Nachrichtenartikel usw.).
- das Entwickeln von Grafiken für Illustrationen, inkl. der Auswahl von Farben, Bildern, Textstil und Layout.
