- What you will be doing
Talent Pipeline Development: Implement strategies to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future talent capability needs. Deliver market intelligence to business teams to drive planning and focused attraction strategies.
- Employer Branding: With a focus on new market entry, activate the company's employer brand by promoting strategies that articulate our values, culture, and opportunities through various channels, including social media, industry, and local events.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders and hiring stakeholders providing guidance on best practices, market insights, and talent trends. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives and talent requirements.
What your background should look like
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in global talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes and strategic talent acquisition strategy development and execution.
- Global Experience: Demonstrated expertise leading talent acquisition for high growth, complex businesses and helping to stand up global shared services capabilities is a must.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and assessment methodologies. Familiarity with Workday Recruit (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and HR technologies.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, key stakeholders, and external partners. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and provide insights to drive informed decisions.
- Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets, delivering high volume, quality hires, and optimizing recruitment processes. Strong project management and organizational skills.
