**ABOUT THE TEAM**

Are you eager to gain valuable hands-on experience in the exciting field of Future of Work Digital Lab? Join our team as an intern and kick-start your career in HR Innovation Management. We are a diverse and dedicated team working towards evaluation and coordinating implementation of newest innovations for HR processes to simplify and drive efficiency at SAP.

**THE ROLE**
- Project support, e.g. implementation of Generative AI use cases, Digital Assistants or Business Document Processing automations
- Collect and evaluate used cases for new IT technologies
- Support prototype implementations, data analysis, reporting and test activities for innovative use cases in HR
- Familiarize with our SAP Build Low-Code solution and support Citizen Development rollout
- Communicate with project teams and program members, and build your own network within SAP to fulfill all required tasks
- Continuous Learning in regard to SAP’s capabilities and technologies for HR
- Other supporting activities in this area
- Min. employment duration: 24 month
- Min. working hours per week: 16 hours

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: information technology, computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics or related area
- Computer skills: Good skills in all Microsoft Office products necessary, especially in Excel & Power Point including VBA, Programing (e.g. Java; Python); basic knowledge in the areas of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Chatbots
- Language skills: Fluency in German and English
- Soft skills: Analytic capabilities, good presentations and communication skills, highly motivated, flexible & open for ad-hoc requests; ability to think innovative and be open for new trends
- Others: basic project management skills
