**Senior Copywriter (f/m/x) with focus in Content**:

- We are seeking a copywriter with focus on campaigns and content strategy to join the Brand and Content Marketing team. The main responsibilities are to plan and development of campaign concepts, from the creative idea to headlines, claims, and copy through the “campaign journey”, as well as content for platforms and branded communication in accordance with the brand’s tone of voice.**What you can expect**:

- You will articulate the creative vision for the brand across all markets and support content creation for a variety of channels shaping the future of the RBI brand.
- You will develop groupwide international and local content such as campaign concepts, from the creative idea to headlines, claims, and copy through customer journeys, as well as content for platforms, newsletters, and branded communication in accordance with the brand’s tone of voice.
- You will guide the definition of coherent customer journeys.
- You will define and implement the brand narrative and tone of voice across channels and segments.
- You will ensure a coherent communication and content strategy in Group Marketing.
- You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within the RBI Group (Head Office in Vienna and Network Banks across 13 CEE Countries).
- You will collaborate with other team members, and guide other copywriters in the team, working together in different projects.
- You will join our cross-functional and multicultural team.
- You will create work that has the power to move people to action (commercial creativity).
- You will ensure creative quality from start to finish.
- You will manage external creative providers.

**What you bring to the table**:

- You are passionate about storytelling and narratives.
- You have native knowledge of German and are at least fluent English.
- You have at least 5 years of related work experience preferably in a creative agency having worked on concepts and development of international campaigns, content strategy and creation.
- You have the ability to work alongside, mentor and coach more junior team members.
- You strive for creative excellence and empower others to do the same.
- You have a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.
- You have proven capability to work in an agile, cross-functional and international environment.
- You have completed higher education on at least Bachelor level
