The University of Vienna, Faculty of Chemistry, is home of the Vienna Doctoral School in Chemistry (DoSChem). DoSChem is the largest doctoral training program in Austria focusing on the field of chemistry and closely related sciences by bringing together more than 200 doctoral students and over 50 principal investigators. Our goal is to train excellent scientists and to provide an open-minded environment that allows them to connect with each other and to experience a scientifically rich environment to carry out interdisciplinary and curiosity-driven research.

**#1**A PhD position **in**Molecular Dynamics Simulations of a Proton Transfer Water in Various Environments**within the Institute Computational Biological Chemistry, in the **group of Prof. Schröder**.

**#2**A PhD position **in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Homogeneous Catalysis**within the Institute of Organic Chemistry, in the **group of Dr. Mateos**.

The employment duration is 3 years. Initially limited to 1.5 years, the employment relationship is automatically extended to **3 years** if the employer does not terminate it within the first 12 months by submitting a non-extension declaration.

Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Computational Science, or related field
