**Beteiligungscontroller:in im Group Controlling**:
**IHR AUFGABENBEREICH**:

- Im Team des Group Controlling übernehmen Sie das Beteiligungscontrolling für in
- und ausländische nicht konsolidierte Tochtergesellschaften (ua. Österreich, Deutschland, USA, Asien)
- Sie stellen die Financial Reporting Prozesse der von Ihnen betreuten Beteiligungen im Monatsabschluss, sowie Forecast und Planung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den betreuten Gesellschaften sicher
- Sie unterstützen bei der Umsetzung einheitlicher Finance/Controlling-Standards aller Gesellschaften weltweit
- Sie unterstützen den fachlichen SAP Roll-out auf weitere Gesellschaften in enger Abstimmung mit anderen Zentralbereichen auf Konzernebene
- Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeiten führen Sie kaufmännische Analysen sowie Soll-/Ist-/Abweichungen durch und erstellen Businesspläne und Initiativen
- Sie validieren Entscheidungsvorlagen für bsp. CAPEX, Working Capital Projekten und unterstützen bei kaufmännischen Sonderprojekten
- Sie sind Teil eines interdisziplinären Finanz
- und Controllingteams welches sich ua. um die Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Steuerinstrumentariums sowie um die Optimierung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen kümmert

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebs
- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling bzw. Beteiligungscontrolling
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit der Gewinn und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz und Kapitalflussrechnung sowie Businessplänen und verfügen über UGB und IFRS Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute SAP (FI, CO), Excel, Powerpoint - Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Finance/Controlling Digitalisierungs
- Automatisierungsprojekten von Vorteil
- Hohe Organisationsstärke, Stressresistenz und Belastbarkeit
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Jahresbezug: Aufgrund des österreichischen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes sind wir verpflichtet, den für diese Position vorgesehenen Jahresbezug (Vollzeit) als Verhandlungsbasis anzugeben: €65,000.00 brutto. Wir bieten aber auf jeden Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
