Stellenbeschreibung
- Konsolidierung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen der Gruppe und Aufbereitung der notwendigen Berichtsunterlagen
- Erstellung von Plan-Ist Abweichungsanalysen und Erarbeitung von notwendigen Erklärungen gemeinsam mit den Bereichseinheiten
- Koordination der Erstellung von Budgets/Forecasts und Schaffung von relevanten Entscheidungsunterlagen im Team für das Management
- Erstellung von Analysen und Präsentationen als wichtige Grundlage für strategische und operative Entscheidungen für das Management/Executive Team
- Planungs
- und Berichtsaktivitäten und Bearbeitungen von Ad-hoc Themenstellungen für das Management
- Positionierung als Bindeglied zwischen den operativen Einheiten (Business Units) und dem Management sowie als verlässliche Ansprechperson
Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling (FH, Uni oder vergleichbar)
- Fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting und/oder Controlling von Vorteil
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich internationale Rechnungslegung wünschenswert (IFRS/US-GAAP)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint)
- Kenntnisse in SAP und Hyperion/HFM von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit
**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung zwischen € 3.311;
- und € 3.791;
- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
