Digital Project Manager

This role enables our Sales and Marketing teams, to ensure that their strategies and tactics are completed on time and to specification, while keeping in mind the newest technologies and digital strategies.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Operational consulting of the brand teams and particularly supporting them in the implementation of target group specific digital projects & activities (e.g. SEO, SEM, websites, eMail marketing, social media, banner advertising) with a view to closed loop omnichannel marketing
- Guiding Marketing & Sales units to drive innovative digital aspects of omnichannel campaigns and ensure channel-ready development of digital assets as well as operations and service in line with our omnichannel strategy
- Guiding internal stakeholders on data-driven and scalable digital concepts with the patient in focus together with other Innovation & Business Excellence (IBEX) units
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns while gaining insights and assessing against KPIs
- Cooperating with external vendors on delivering groundbreaking pharmaceutical marketing programs
- Representing AZ Austria within the internal Omnichannel Community

**Qualification and skills**:

- University Degree in (digital) marketing, business informatics or similar field
- Practical experience in digital marketing or omnichannel (either from within industry or from agency / consulting / service side)
- Project Management experience
- Technical knowledge and curiosity related to digital media technologies
- Analytical skills and experience in dealing with analysis tools as well as first experiences in dealing with big data and dashboards (PowerBI)
- Excellent communication skills with solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working plus distinct “hands-on” mentality
- Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new and evolving methodologies, shows lifelong-learning mentality
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry (marketing and/or sales) will be a plus
