- During four years from the start of the contract 50% of the work load of this Senior Scientist position will be assigned to the SFB F9200 Managing Maximilian, Project 07 Gendering Maximilian (PI Christina Lutter). In this framework the Senior Scientist will be responsible for conducting and coordinating research on kinship, gender, and property relations of the humanists at Emperor Maximilian´s court and their social networks between Central European courts and cities. Moreover, areas of work will cover participation in research and teaching in the field of Austrian and Medieval History; offering classes in the history programs of Vienna University (BA, MA, and Second School Teaching Certificate: 2SWS during four years according to the 50% assignment to the SFB F9200 Managing Maximilian; subsequently 4 SWS) as well as general administration duties. The Senior Scientist will be co-responsible for developing (including digital components) the publication series at the interface of the Department of History and the Institute of Austrian Historical Research, and participate in at least one of the Faculty´s key research areas (FSP Austria in Its Context; Historical and Cultural European Studies; Community, Conflict, and Integration)
