Project Security Manager (f/m/x)
Thales Austria is a full system provider and global supplier of train control technology and traffic management systems (f. ex. European Train Control System (ETCS), Electronic interlockings, Operation Control Centers and dispatching systems, Field elements).
In this position you are the person of contact for physical
- and cybersecurity aspects within the development team of our Operational Control Centers. Your responsibility is to support the entire development process from a security point of view and to be able to deliver a secure product to the customer at the end. Your CHALLENGE- Security Management for projects, products and solutions according to IEC 62443 series and internal processes and guidelines- Technical contribution to security engineering practices throughout the product life-cycle:
- Specification, design, implementation, verification and validation testing, management of security related issues to security update management and security guidelines-
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders: project and product management, engineering, quality and safety department
Your PROFILE- Technical degree preferable in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar- Strong focus on Security (Cybersecurity and physical security)- Sound experience in design principles for security and resiliency-
- Security certification preferable (e.g. ISC-CISSP)-
- Risk assessments experience, preferable for industrial control systems (IEC 62443-3-2)-
- Solid knowledge in security management processes (IEC 62443, ISO 27001)-
- Sound knowledge in security verification and experience in assessing and addressing security related issues (e.g. CVEs)-
- Fluency in English and a good level of German- Good communication skills
We OFFER- The salary for this position ranges from € 58.000 to € 68.000 gross p.a.
