- Driving **cross-product initiatives**, from **conceptualization **and cross-functional alignment to **roll-out** and **implementation**.
- ** Enhancement **of focused **programs with high business impact** requiring diligence and creativity to deal with new situations in a high-growth environment.
- Identify **organizational areas for improvement** and **drive initiatives** to address them.
- Drive **cross-department initiatives** for **short-term effectiveness **and operationalize them for **long-term efficiency**.
- Foster and **evaluate internal product usage** to distill and **communicate value.**:

- ** Collaborate **with **CTO, Product and Engineering leadership** to innovate and drive the value of Dynatrace products.
- ** Collaborate **closely with **Go-to-Market and Communication teams **to develop use-cases and value statements for our products and services.

**Qualifications**
- Master's in computer science, Business Informatics, a related Engineering field or comparable professional experience.
- ** Profound experience in driving hi-tech product **forward, preferably software.
- ** Entrepreneurship, product management, technology **or **development leadership** roles are beneficial.
- Be highly **self-motivated **as well as **creative **and efficient in proposing solutions to complex and unique problems.
- ** Excellent communication, presentation**, and **social skills.** Ability to communicate thoughts clearly.
- ** Work independently** while understanding the necessity for** tight collaboration** with other employees and organizations.

**Compensation and rewards**
- We offer a competitive salary with a minimum 60,000 € gross per year based on full-time for this position. The final offer could be higher in line with qualifications and experience.
