Als Operational Sales Coordinator spielen Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung der Implementierung und Ausführung von Vertriebs
- und Betriebsprozessen. Weiters tragen Sie zur Einhaltung von Vertriebsrichtlinien und internen Kontrollanforderungen bei. **Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Unterstützung des operativen Vertriebsteams bei der Aktualisierung der Prozess
- und Richtliniendokumentation
- Unterstützung und selbständige Verwaltung von Berichtsanforderungen
- Unterstützung beim Testen von Konfigurationen und Toolanpassungen für O2C (Order to Cash) Prozesse und CPQ (B&R Angebotstool) sowie die diesbezügliche Kommunikation mit den Nutzern
- Sicherstellung der Compliance durch Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Ausführung der internen Kontrollanforderungen
- Zentrale Anlaufstelle für die Koordination von Anfragen aus den internationalen Vertriebsregionen von B&R
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen zu Schulungs
- und Informationszwecken
- Hilfe bei der Bewertung der regionalen Bedürfnisse und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen
- Unterstützung weiterer anfallender operativer Aufgaben

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Wirtschaft bevorzugt oder HAK/HTL mit 1-3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer dynamischen Organisation
- Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, SAP R/3-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
