**During this exciting internship you’ll get the opportunity to support the Action Sports & Adventure Films team in the development, organization, and delivery of entertaining, commercial, cinematic, action-sport films and series around the world that are made for the big screen.**

**DESIGN & CREATIVITY**
On the Action Sports & Adventure Films team, you´ll learn how to design, research, and manage project presentations, briefings, film posters, sales flyers, mood boards, event invites, and more. Furthermore, updating internal databases and trackers while performing other administrative duties will be expected. An interest in filmmaking, team management, and producing is a must.
**ORGANIZATION**
You´ll cover the internal coordination of production and post-production planning and execution. Furthermore, you’ll set up, organise, and take minutes for internal and external meetings, and organise incoming project pitches, including chasing release forms/NDAs, information and supporting materials to maintain into our internal tracking system. Liaising with internal Red Bull departments as required will be another aspect of your internship as well as assisting in the delivery of assets in and out. Organizational & Communication skills are required.
**DEVELOPMENT**
Take loglines and build full creative treatments from reference pulls, writing and developing within parameters defined by the important partners. Provide creative support and direction to meet the tone and feel of Red Bull content. You’ll be expected to identify and support story themes and creative opportunities across our acquisitions and co-production programming slate.
**PARTNER MANAGEMENT**
You´ll manage Production Partners to help ensure all minimum RBMN requirements are met, including technical and legal requirements. Work with RBMN Production Management team to track all costs, organize legal documents and deliverables, and align with all partners to ensure goals are met domestically and globally. Additionally, you´ll provide additional production support to network, region, and RBMN content producers.
**Qualifications**:
Demonstrated interest, and/or education, and/or experience in the development, production or distribution of motion pictures.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages not required, but considered an asset.
A related post-secondary degree is considered an asset.
Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to travel if required.
Ability to organise physical and digital workspaces.
Experience with writing, calculation, presentation, and organisation. Industry specific software (such as Premiere, InDesign, and Photoshop) are considered an asset.
Eager to learn and willing to dive into new and complicated tasks & processes.
**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1,930 gross per month.
