Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Team Lead to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of product development and production.
  • Manage and maintain quality-related documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and records.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees understand and adhere to quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure they understand and adhere to quality standards.
Requirements
  • Completed educational studies in textile and/or fashion business, preferred with focus on quality management.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in apparel product development, QM or production.
  • Experienced with quality control/management processes in textile business.
  • Experienced with apparel production processes.
  • Experienced with international garment requirements and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of AQL processing.
  • Knowledge of all applicable markets for Sports and Fashion Apparel to be able to set standards and claims in a commercial context.
  • Advanced MS office knowledge, SAP & PLM Centric C8 is a plus.
  • First experiences in leadership would be beneficial.
  • Working on one's own initiative and autonomously, closely with internal and external partners.
  • Strong organizing ability and proven analytical skills.
  • Highly solution-oriented and proactive mindset with negotiation skills.
Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
