Quality Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining quality standards, implementing them into the product lifecycle, and maintaining quality processes with external partners.
You will work closely with suppliers and external partners to ensure they understand and adhere to our quality standards. Regularly reviewing their performance and providing feedback to foster continuous improvement is also a key part of this role.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing all QM document management, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records of quality checks and issues.
When quality issues arise, you will work with suppliers to analyze root causes, implement corrective actions, and monitor the effectiveness of these actions. Establishing clear communication and escalation protocols for timely issue resolution is also a key responsibility.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality management, with experience in apparel product development, QM, or production. You will also need to have experience with quality control/management processes in the textile business, as well as international garment requirements and guidelines.
Advanced MS office knowledge, SAP & PLM Centric C8 is a plus, and first experiences in leadership would be beneficial. You will also need to be highly solution-oriented and proactive, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and autonomously.
