IT Transformation Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Manager to join our global IT team in the IT Integration department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transforming and ensuring the perfect execution of the IT function in the area of Red Bull Teamsports, brand expansion, and other subsidiaries.
This multifaceted position is crucial in guiding and reporting on our IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap, maintaining high standards of IT service quality and security. You will also be responsible for ensuring the effective management of IT budgets and technology sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities- Derive strategic goals and actions to drive the IT vision and strategy across Red Bull Teamsports, brand extension, and other subsidiaries.
- Propose and actively drive new focus initiatives to make informed decisions on technology investments and strategies.
- Plan long-term management activities, monitor, and regularly report on the division's IT budget (central and subsidiary budgets).
- Act as a communication lead and provide regular feedback to other IT departments on the quality of the IT services provided.
- Manage and support IT projects and programs to ensure cost-effective delivery of project components.
- Identify potential partner and/or sponsorship opportunities and evaluate their benefits.
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in IT or equivalent IT training, several years of professional experience in IT management, and broad, general IT experience. You should have experience in defining and managing IT KPIs, very good communication skills in English and German, and strong ability to create management concepts and presentations.
A track record of driving the progress of IT roadmaps and projects, negotiation skills, and experience in reviewing contracts and terms and conditions are also essential. Additionally, you should have an interest in developing and managing partnerships and sponsorships.
