IT Transformation Manager

Are you an expert in IT management consulting and IT project management with a broad knowledge of IT? Do you have a passion for strategic work and want to make a significant contribution to the IT vision and strategy in the area of Red Bull Teamsports, brand expansion, and other subsidiaries? We are looking for a skilled IT Transformation Manager to join our global IT team in the IT Integration department.
This multifaceted role is key to guiding and reporting on our IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap, maintaining high standards of IT service quality and security. You will be responsible for transforming and ensuring perfect execution of the IT function in the area of Red Bull team sports, brand extension, and other subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities- Derive strategic goals and actions, propose and actively drive new focus initiatives
- Seek to understand business needs, conduct research and analysis, and propose new changes
- Plan long-term management activities, monitor and regularly report on the division's IT budget (central and subsidiary budgets)
- Act as a communication lead and provide regular feedback to other IT departments on the quality of the IT services provided
- Manage and support IT projects and programs, ensuring cost-effective delivery of project components
- Identify potential partner and/or sponsorship opportunities and evaluate their benefits
- University degree in IT or equivalent IT training
- Several years of professional experience (> 5 years) in IT management and broad, general IT experience
- Experience in defining and managing IT KPIs
- Very good communication skills in English and German
- Strong ability to create management concepts and presentations and to visualize complex issues in a simple way
- Negotiation skills and experience in reviewing contracts and terms and conditions
