**Program Manager (f/m/d) **:11.05.2023 Job-Nr.: 210247 APPLY NOW For this position, we are looking for someone who takes over the
**program lead** for topics related to inverter systems. From small projects to large-scale projects with
**high complexity**, you will be the one who leads the teams successfully to the finish line.

You feel comfortable coordinating an
**interdisciplinary team** and can convince customers with your

- Management and coordination of strategic programs and projects in the area of inverter systems
- Technical leadership of the project team and first point of contact for project-specific issues
- Documentation and monitoring of the project progress
- Ongoing communication with customers and reporting to stakeholders
- Continuous development of the communication and reporting landscape

**WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU) in the field of electronics, mechatronics or similar
- Several years of experience in technical project management or leadership experience in an industrial environment (production, manufacturing, quality management, product development,...)
- Fluent English, German is an advantage
- You convince with your communication and assertiveness skills and you are able to think outside the box
- A self-dependent and solution-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you

EUR 5700 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis)

Your salary will be between EUR 5700 und EUR 8500 gross/month - according to your qualifications and experience with the willingness to overpay.
