Derzeit suchen wir für das Headquarters in **Wien** einen **umsetzungsstarken Chief Financial Officer** mit der **Perspektive **der **Übernahme der Geschäftsführung**.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
+ Gesamtverantwortung für alle Finanz-, Rechnungswesen
- und Controlling-Agenden
+ Kostenrechnung
+ Reporting, Bilanzierung, Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse
+ Budgetierung, Planung und Analysen
+ Cash-Management
+ kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse auf Basis der IKS-Richtlinien
+ Strukturierung und Verhandlung von Bankfinanzierungen
+ Projektmanagement
+ Führung von 5 Mitarbeitern

**Ihre Qualifikation**:
+ abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
+ mehrjährige Praxis in vergleichbar breitem Aufgabenbereich (vorzugsweise in der Industrie bzw produzierendem Gewerbe)
+ fundierte Projektmanagement-Erfahrung
+ IT-Know-How
+ gute Englischkenntnisse (idealerweise verhandlungssicher)
+ mehrjährige Personalführungserfahrung
