**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Unterstützung und Beratung des Entwicklerteams für Leistungsmodule und Aufbau des Kern-Know-hows für die Produktion von Leistungsmodule
- Einbringen von Inputs für die Industrialisierung in das Team
- Definition kritischer Prozesse und Erstellung eines Ausführungsplans zur Minimierung von Risiken und Unterstützung eines sicheren Starts
- Aktive Unterstützung des Teams mit bewährten Verfahren und Erfahrungen
- Vorantreiben und Umsetzen von Designverbesserungen auf Basis von Erfahrung und Fachwissen
- Unterstützung bei der PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Definition und Anpassung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse für die Serienproduktion von Leistungsmodulen
**Qualifikationen**
- Bachelor oder Master of Science in Engineering
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fertigung/Industrialisierung von Hochspannungsleistungsmodule in großen Stückzahlen, idealerweise für die Automobilindustrie
- Fachwissen in Schlüsselprozessen wie Sinterung, Bonden, Formen und Testen von Leistungsmodule
- Solide Kenntnisse der automobilen Standardanforderungen an Leistungselektronik (IATF 16949)
- Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (8D, 6Sigma, etc.) und Effizienzverbesserungssystemen (Lean, VSM, etc.)
- Erfahrung in der Serienentwicklung entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das Bruttojahresgehalt (All-In) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 79.800;
- Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
