**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Unterstützung und Beratung des Entwicklerteams für Leistungsmodule und Aufbau des Kern-Know-hows für das Design von Leistungsmodule mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Sintern
- Einbringen von Inputs für die Industrialisierung in das Team
- Definition der kritischen Prozessschritte und Erstellung eines Ausführungsplans zur Minimierung von Risiken und Unterstützung eines sicheren Starts
- Aktive Unterstützung des Teams mit bewährten Verfahren und Erfahrungen
- Vorantreiben und Umsetzen von Designverbesserungen auf Basis von Erfahrung und Fachwissen
- Unterstützung bei der PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Definition und Anpassung bestehender Entwicklungs
- und Fertigungsprozesse für das Design von Leistungsmodule
**Qualifikationen**
- Bachelor oder Master of Science in Engineering (vorzugsweise MSc oder PhD)
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fertigung/Industrialisierung von Hochspannungsleistungsmodule in großen Stückzahlen, idealerweise für die Automobilindustrie
- Fachwissen im Bereich Sintern von Leistungsmodulen auf SiC-Basis
- Solide Kenntnisse der automobilen Standardanforderungen an Leistungselektronik (IATF 16949)
- Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (8D, 6Sigma, etc.) und Effizienzverbesserungssystemen (Lean, VSM, etc.)
- Erfahrung in der Serienentwicklung entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das Bruttojahresgehalt (All-In) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 5.700 (14x/Jahr). Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
