Job Description

At Segula Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Industrialisation Specialist to join our team. As an Industrialisation Specialist, you will be responsible for the industrialisation of high power modules, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Industrialisation of high power modules, including the development of manufacturing processes and the implementation of quality control measures.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that industrialisation plans are aligned with business objectives.
  • Development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the industrialisation of high power modules in large quantities, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of key processes such as sintering, bonding, forming, and testing of high power modules.
  • Experience with automotive industry standards for power electronics (IATF 16949).
  • Experience with quality management systems (8D, 6Sigma, etc.) and efficiency improvement systems (Lean, VSM, etc.).
  • Experience in series development throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Fluent in English.
