Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sintering Module Expert to join our team at SEGULA Technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and advising the development team for power modules, focusing on the design and sintering of high-power modules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science and experience in the development and industrialization of high-power modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and advise the development team on power module design and sintering
- Develop and implement industrialization plans for high-power modules
- Define critical process steps and create execution plans to minimize risks
- Provide active support to the team with proven procedures and experiences
- Drive and implement design improvements based on experience and expertise
- Support PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Define and adapt existing development and production processes for power module design
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering (preferably MSc or PhD)
- At least 10 years of experience in the production/industrialization of high-power modules in large quantities, preferably for the automotive industry
- Expertise in sintering of power modules on SiC basis
- Good knowledge of automotive standard requirements for power electronics (IATF 16949)
- Experience in quality management systems (8D, 6Sigma, etc.) and efficiency improvement systems (Lean, VSM, etc.)
- Experience in series development along the entire product life cycle
- Fluent in English
Additional Information
The gross annual salary (all-in) according to the collective agreement of the automotive industry is at least € (14x/year). A surcharge may be applied due to corresponding experience and qualifications.
