Deine Rolle im Workplace Experience Team
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den **globalen Workplace Experience Specialist**, um sicherzustellen, dass die Zeit, die Dynatrace Mitarbeiter:innen im Büro verbringen, eine großartige, wertschätzende und inklusive Experience ist
- Selbständige Organisation und Umsetzung von **Workplace Experience Programmen** in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Leadership Team
- Selbstständige Organisation und Betreuung von **Veranstaltungen vor Ort**
- Verwaltung der** Büro
- und Mitarbeiter:innenkommunikation** in unterschiedlichen digitalen Kommunikationskanälen
- Selbstständige** Koordination** des gesamten **Empfangsbereichs **(E- Mails, Post, Kalenderverwaltung, etc.) und erste Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeiter:innen und Gäste
- Professioneller** Empfang, Betreuung und Bewirtung **von (internationalen) **Kund:innen** und **Gästen**
- ** Business Partnering** mit dem **Standortleiter**
- Allgemeine **Verwaltungsaufgaben **(z.B. Bestellung von Büromaterial, Korrespondenz,...)

**Qualifikationen**:

- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- ** Kommunikationstalent **mit hoher **Serviceorientierung**, Empathie & Teamgeist
- Verständnis für eine **moderne**,** mitarbeiterzentrierte Arbeitskultur**, erste Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld erwünscht, jedoch nicht erforderlich
- Vertrauenswürdige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Maß an **Eigenverantwortung**, Dringlichkeit und **ausgeprägtem Geschäftssinn**

**Compensation and rewards**

Wir bieten ein Einstiegs-Jahresbruttogehalt auf Basis für Vollzeitbeschäftigung ab EUR 41.000 (bei einschlägiger Qualifikation und Erfahrung mehr möglich).
