YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As Head of Strategy & Program Delivery and Data & Analytics Austria (m/w/d) you lead and support market’s strategy definition and articulation of key priorities, strategy cycle governance, resource management and allocation, as well as the definition, tracking, and delivery of key strategic projects for the Austrian affiliate.

Additionally, you will lead and develop a team and infrastructure which will design and provide advanced analytics, reporting and data science solutions to help the organization understand critical business drivers and identify new growth opportunities.
- You draw up multi-category strategy by using the data and insights, undertaking strategic studies to identify opportunities, analyze trends, assess growth drivers, and define must-win-battles that contribute to the creation of market’s strategic roadmap, along with mid
- and long-range planning for strategy execution.
- You are responsible for leading the strategy cycle governance and execution as well as monitoring strategic projects
- You drive OGSM preparation, cascade, tracking and performance management
- You challenge and define resources allocation based on key strategic priorities
- You identify opportunities and white spaces in the market and foster competitive intelligence
- You work closely with commercial teams and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the key business questions to be answered through various analysis and data science solutions
- You develop and maintain an environment suitable for rolling-out data science and solutions within the organization.

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering or Finance related fields
- At least 10 years of experience, ideally in a top strategy consultancy in Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences, Retail in combination with industry experience in a leading consumer environment
- Extensive Strategy Development and Project Management experiences
- Substantive professional work in the area of consumer data analytics and data science
- Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving ability, and storytelling capabilities
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Previous leadership experience working ideally in a heavily matrixed environment
- Clear track record in building and developing highly efficient teams
- Highly effective communication and collaboration skills across the organization
- Full fluency in English is a must, full fluency in German is preferred
