**What you can expect**:
In this role you provide Global Program Management System (GPMS) as best in class cross functional standard product and technology development process for successful program execution at MPT - starting from innovation to pre-development, serial development, launch, production to after-sales. Please see the following tasks as examples below:

- Execute the GPMS strategy and roadmap in corporation with all key stakeholders to meet future program and project requirements
- Lead the global cross functional and cross program GPMS Change Board Team and Steering Committee of Magna Powertrain
- Lead global program management and cross functional GPMS enhancement and optimization initiatives including rollout
- Establish standard Program KPIs and reporting for all program types
- Develop and execute regular GPMS trainings MPT wide and for Joint Ventures
- Lead GPMS audits and gap closing in alignment with global and divisional Progam Management Directors

**What you bring along**:

- Sucessfull **academic graduation** of a** technical education** with focus on engineering, industrialization and economy
- Ideally 5 years of professional experience in the **international automotive environment**:

- Min. 3-4 years of professional experience as Program Manager of Customer Application Programs and / or of Core Technology Programs
- High competence in laterial leadership of global cross-functional teams, as well as in global cooperation
- Solution oriented personality with analytical and goal-oriented way of working with strategic and visionary mindset
- Strong communication skills in English, German as an advantage
- Willingness to global business travel (10%)
